Media Advisory - Attorney General Masto to Unveil Sex Trafficking Legislation to Joint Meeting of Committee on Judiciary of Nevada State Legislature

Carson City, NV – Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto will introduce sex trafficking legislation, to hold pimps accountable and protect victims, to a Joint Meeting of the Assembly Committee on Judiciary and Senate Committee on Judiciary of the Nevada State Legislature on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. PT. Following the Joint Meeting, AG Masto will be available for interviews.

    AB67 establishes the crime of sex trafficking of children and adults, makes victims eligible for state assistance and allows them to sue their traffickers.
