Carson City, NV – Nevada Attorney General Adam Paul Laxalt issued the following statement after the death of Nancy Reagan:
"Nancy Reagan was an iconic First Lady for our country who helped countless Americans with her commitment to a better America that she shared with her husband President Reagan,” said Laxalt. “During the course of her time as California's First Lady and President Reagan's first run for president in 1976, she and my grandfather became especially close. I am saddened by her passing, and my thoughts and prayers go out to her family and all those who were touched by her amazing life."
