If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, deception or an unfair business practice, the Attorney General's Office wants to hear from you.

Please note: The Attorney General cannot provide you with legal advice or represent you in personal legal actions. If you cannot afford a private attorney, you may consider contacting your local legal aid office. If you are seeking answers to legal questions or need someone to take your case to court, you will need to find a private attorney

      General Complaints:

      If you need a paper complaint mailed out to you, please contact any of our office locations and provide your name and mailing address. You may also email our Constituent Services Unit at aginquiries@ag.nv.gov to request one be mailed out to you. Add in the subject line, "Requesting Paper Complaint."
