The Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA), 28 U.S.C. § 1715, creates an obligations to provide certain notifications to the Office of the Nevada Attorney General regarding settlements in CAFA cases. CAFA notices may be provided to the Office of the Nevada Attorney General electronically by emailing the notices and accompanying documents, or emailing an electronic link in which the notices and accompanying documents can be downloaded free of charge, to: NVAGCAFAnotices@ag.nv.gov.
While the Office of the Nevada Attorney General prefers notices and accompanying documents be delivered by electronic means, CAFA notices may also be sent to: CAFA Coordinator, Office of the Nevada Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection, 100 N. Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701.
