listed on the Nevada Tobacco Directory are FSC certified and approved by the
Attorney General’s Office as legal for sale. All unlisted manufacturers, brand families,
and styles are not legal for sale in Nevada. The Nevada Tobacco Directory
can be found on the Nevada Department of Taxation's website.
