The Attorney General's Bureau of Government Affairs serves client agencies and officials responsible for providing core government infrastructure and transportation infrastructure; for managing the State's natural resources and regulating its environment; and for regulating the gaming industry, the State's largest economic sector.
Five separate divisions make up the Bureau of Government Affairs: Government and Natural Resources, Gaming, Business and Taxation, Boards and Licensing, Health and Human Services. Each of these divisions provides a full range of legal services to their client agencies and officials.
